Refund Policy
Non Bespoke Items:
Should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.
Here's what to do...
1. Contact us with your reason for return. As soon as we receive your request, we'll send instructions on how to return your order.
2. Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in.
3. Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs.
We process all refunds within 28 days.
What you need to know...
1. We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
2. We cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged).
3. We cannot offer goods in exchange for the ones that you return, only replacements.
Bespoke Products
Please note we cannot accept returns or offer refunds of personalised products, unless they are damaged or faulty, as they have been produced as a bespoke product to the customer’s requirements (as we can’t sell your bespoke design to someone else). This is in line with current UK legislation which can be viewed on this link. In the event of a technical issue, or damage during shipping, photographic evidence will be required prior to a replacement being issued at no charge to the customer.
